Abstract/Summary The present study focuses specifically on the interplay between finite film thickness and surface energetics for morphological control of the patterns. Specifically, we introduce combinatorial continuous gradient methods (surface-energy thickness) for highthroughput determination of block copolymer surface morphology on a single test substrate.
